Welcome to Digital Butcher Co.'s Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern the use of our website and services Digital Butcher Co. provides to our customers.

By accessing, purchasing and using Digital Butcher Co.'s products & services provided by Digital Butcher Co., you agree to these Terms which we recommend are read & acknowledged.


2. Agreement to Terms

By using Digital Butcher Co.'s website, placing an order, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.


3. Products & Services

Digital Butcher Co. provides Australian
pasture-fed and free-range meat, poultry, and related food products.

All items are prepared fresh on the day of delivery, utilise biodegradable & recyclable packaging made from eco-friendly materials. Availability of products may change based on supply and seasonality.


4. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed online through our
    website only unless otherwise arranged, specified.
  • Digital Butcher Co. accepts major payment methods including credit/debit cards and other payment providers listed at checkout.
  • Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where
    applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will
    not be affected.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Digital Butcher Co. offers same-day delivery within 2 hours for customer's which qualify for this service and the service is available and not impacted by factors that are either in or out of Digital Butcher Co.'s control.
  • Digital Butcher Co. will endeavour to meet its delivery obligations but from time to time may not be able to fulfil its obligations due to factors which may or may not be in Digital Butcher Co.'s control.
  • Delivery hours are 9am–5pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 4pm on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the
    delivery at the nominated address and providing a safe place for delivery to be made.
  • Customers have the choice to have their order delivered in recyclable brown paper bags or purchase an insulated cooler bag.
  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery if access is unsafe or unreasonable.

6. Customer Obligations

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery and contact details.
  • Ensure safe access for our delivery team.
  • Properly store perishable items promptly upon receipt.

Digital Butcher Co. is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.


7. Refunds & Returns

As Digital Butcher Co. sells perishable products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Refunds are provided in line with our Refund Policy where products are damaged, spoiled, or not as described.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


8. Liability Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, Digital
Butcher Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
arising from use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the
Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


9. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all issues quickly and
fairly.

If we cannot resolve your concern, you may seek assistance from consumer
protection authorities, including the Australian Competition and Consumer
Commission (ACCC) or your local state-based consumer body.


10. Changes to Terms

Digital Butcher Co. may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
