Delivery FAQs

  • Currently Digital Butcher Co. services most locations across metropolitan Melbourne and continues to expand its delivery network.

    We encourage first-time customers to check their delivery address above, prior to placing their order. Customers can also check if we deliver to their location on our product page(s).

  • Yes, customers select the time & date they would like their Digital Butcher Co. order to be delivered.

    Our delivery times are listed below:

    • Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
    • Saturday to Sunday: 9am - 5pm

    To qualify for same day delivery, customers need to order by 2pm on the day of delivery.

    Please note, during peak order & delivery periods, same day and 2-hour delivery options may not be available.

  • No, all Digital Butcher Co. orders are delivered to customers by our team of delivery drivers.

  • Customers have a choice of having their order delivered in recyclable brown paper bags or a Digital Butcher Co. cooler bag which can be purchased at an additional cost of $3 per bag.

    All Digital Butcher Co. proteins are packed in bamboo trays, with our larger meat products (Leg of Lamb, 1.8kg Full Eye Fillet) vacuum sealed.

  • No. All Digital Butcher Co. orders need to be received by a nominated person at the delivery location.

  • Digital Butcher Co. can only deliver to locations that are publicly accessible.

    If your delivery location is in an apartment building that has a secure entry that restricts our drivers entering your apartment building, then unfortunately we are unable to deliver your order to you at your apartment.

  • Customers receive an SMS message prior to their order being dispatched as well as when our driver's are in transit.

    In the event you are unexpectedly unable to receive your order, we encourage customers to contact our delivery team via orders@digitalbutcher.co immediately, so we can re-route your order or schedule a more convenient time to make your delivery.
